Here is an excerpt from a recent Instepp newsletter: During the week of May 23rd, two InStepp clients received cars donated by Wheels4Hope (W4H), a faith-based nonprofit organization that turns donated cars into local blessings for economically vulnerable families and individuals that are referred to them by partner agencies.
