As part of fulfilling their missions, our Partner Agencies make referrals to Wheels4Hope when individuals are employed, meet established criteria and have successfully been engaged in their programs for an extended period of time. Offering long-term case management services to individuals in transition and working towards self-sufficiency, they assist with employment, housing, life skills, budgeting, recovery, counseling, and more.
